Will there be any GST imposed on products in the E-Store and the Tuckshop/Canteen?

The Goods and Services Tax (GST) will not be applied to schools categorised as non-profit organizations. However, it will be applicable to schools registered with an Australian Business Number (ABN) and registered for GST. Specifically, GST is only relevant to products in the E-Store, while products in the Tuckshop/Canteen are exempt from GST.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and eWallet payments. Upon registration, parents/customers will receive an eWallet number, which can be topped up using credit cards or bank transfers.


What are your shipping policies?
  • Schools have varied shipping methods, such as distribution points or classroom delivery. Our system aligns with each school's shipping policies to meet their specific requirements.
  • For further details on shipping policies for your student’s school, please contact the school administration.

Registration
How do I create an account?

 

  1. To register a new account, please access the login page and click on 'Register now'.
  2. Click on “New User”.
  3. Complete all the necessary fields with your information.
  4. After completing all necessary details, click on ‘Next Step’ to proceed.
  5. You should see the following screen. Click on Enrol a new Student, to set up your child’s Tuckshop/Canteen or E-Store ordering.
