Event Ticket Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel your attendance at our event. To be considerate of both our guests and the venue, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Transferability:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please inform us of the name change to ensure a smooth check-in process at the event.
This is the preferred option. That way this does not impact others who have already purchased.
2. Notice Period:
To confirm numbers with the venue and make necessary arrangements, we require at least 1 week notice prior to the scheduled event date for cancellations (where possible).
3. Refund Eligibility:
If you cancel your ticket with more than 1 week notice, we will provide you with a full refund (less applicable credit card fees).
4. Late Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel your ticket with less than 1 week notice but more than 24 hours before the event, a late cancellation fee of $20 may be retained by the venue. The remaining ticket price will be refunded to you.
5. No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations:
Unfortunately, if you provide less than 24 hours' notice before the event or do not show up, we may not be able to provide a refund. We will do our very best to negotiate with the venue on your behalf, however the full ticket price may be retained.
6. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
