Exchanges, Returns / Refunds
The P&C appreciates that students experience growth spurts and that from time to time purchases may be made that result in an
unsatisfactory fit. We will gladly exchange or refund uniforms returned in new, resalable condition within 7 School Days of
purchase as long as you have your receipt.
Items must be in resalable condition - NOT worn, NOT washed, NOT labelled and NOT altered.
Requests for exchanges and / or returns more than 7 days from date of purchase will be at the discretion of the convenor.
Faulty Items

Fair wear and tear will NOT be considered a garment fault

Items may then need to be assessed by Manufacturer

Items more than 6 months old will NOT be covered by the Manufacturer

Items that have been damaged or altered are NOT covered by the Manufacturer

Items to be Returned to the manufacturer must first be laundered.
